Use Cajun Island Blackened Spice as a breading on pork loin chops, chicken breast, country ribs, ribs, steak, fish, turkey, and venison. Press into meat then char in hot oil for a few minutes on each side, then bake in oven, or on low grill until done. Ribs take 1 hour at 350 degrees F and chicken or steak will take about 20 minutes.
