Carrying the largest and hottest collection of hot sauces in the world is great and so is living here in Rehoboth. And that’s becasue we’re fortunate enough to live ina place that’s literally surrounded with fresh seafood and few things go better together than seafood and hot sauce. Have a look at our Coco Loco Hot Crab and Artichoke recipe then get ready to have some of the best crab dip of your life.
As always ingredients first:
- 1 cup mayo
- 8 oz sour cream
- 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 6 oz crab meat (lump is best)
- 6-8 oz cheese (your choice)
- 1/3 cup Coco Loco Mango Tropical Fire Hot Sauce
Now, the directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
In a 12 quart casserole dish combine mayo, sour cream, artichoke hearts, Coco Loco Mango Tropical Hot Sauce, cheese and crab meat. Mix well then bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve immediately with baguettes, crackers or just about anything else you like to dip.
This stuff is great as an appetizer, lite meal and just about any time we can think of.
