Hank's Sauce Skedatil Hot Sauce - The origin of the Datil Pepper may differ depending on who you ask, yet one thing is for certain, this little pepper carries big heat and an even greater cult following in and around St. Augustine, Florida. That just happens to be where we started Hank Sauce as young lads attending Flagler College. It only made sense for us to incorporate the Datil Pepper into this seasonal, limited sauce.
