This is an excellent dry rub marinade for pork, beef, chicken, seafood or wild game and is also an excellent seasoning for vegetables (especially on baked potatoes), soups and stews. Rub seasoning gently into meat covering all areas thoroughly. For best results place rub on meat several hours or overnight before cooking. This will allow the seasoning to seep into the meat and during cooking will seal in the natural juices and flavor. For final finish baste on Historic Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey Barbecue Sauce for the last 5 or 10 minutes of cooking.
