Whole Chicken, Pre-Quartered Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Rinse chicken and pat dry.

Rub chicken generously with Bone Suckin' Poultry Seasoning & Rub & place in covered ovenproof dish.

Cook at 350F for 1 hour 15 minutes. Make sure chicken reaches 165F internal temperature & juices run clear

Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Great with wild rice
