Andy Roo's Louisiana BBQ Shrimp Creole Seasoning - Preseason 1 lb. of unpeeled with heads on if possible Large Shrimp. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours before cooking. In a large skillet on medium heat melt 2 sticks of butter and add in a 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce. Place seasoned shrimp in the skillet. Cook Shrimp on each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are totally done. May be served over hot rice or with Hot French Bread. ENJOY!
